Development stages of Metabras Group:
- Establishment: October 1994
- March 1995: the first 20 t motor lorry and trailer
- 1996: acquisition of the land where the current headquarters are located
- 1998: commissioning of the current headquarters and of the first tower-crane
- 1999: production orientation by acquiring the halls and necessary equipments - business unit in Triaj, Brasov
- as of 2004 to date, the investment process has been accelerated:
- construction and equipping of a metallic production and storage hall of 3,500 sqm
- automatic steel processing line in bars and coils
- latest numerically-controlled computer-assisted technology for oxygas and plasma cutting of metal sheet
- cutting-edge technological line for production of wrought iron
- laboratory for testing of metallic materials authorized by the State Inspectorate for Constructions
- January 2008: Metabras launched Phare 2005 project "Metabras - with us, learning for people"
- March 2008: inception of Phare 2005 project "Performances of steel"
- from one employee and revenues of RON 2,626 in 1994 to 117 employees and revenues of RON 123 million in 2008
