STARINOX 316L electrodes - Semi-basic electrode
Uses: containers, including for chemical and petrochemical industry, loading and plating
The semi-basic coating electrodes depositing a carbon content of maximum 0.04% for welding of stainless austentic steel with 18% Cr and 12% Ni and 2,5% Mo type AISI 316L. Good resistance to intercrystalline corrosion. Good welding behavior, no spraying, after solidification the iron dross is easily removed. Maximum work temperature +300º C. The deposited metal has a controlled content of ferrite.
