Processing of metal sheets and profiles
As of 2000, Metabras has been providing metal sheet cutting services using a specialized high-performance equipment acquired in July 2007 that allows high-accuracy oxygas and plasma cutting.
Description of OXYTOME equipment:
- Type and number of cutting heads:
- 2 oxy heads
- 1 high-accuracy plasma cutting head
- 1 3-way beveling head
- Cutting table: 3000 x 12000 mm.
- The equipment allows cutting of metal sheet of the following thicknesses:
- plasma cutting: 0.5 ÷ 25 mm.
- oxygas: 3 ÷ 300 mm.
- Connected to a programming center, the equipment allows optimization of the management of the materials to be worked
